My hubby & I were greeted by courteous, friendly & helpful reception staff. We were given free breakfast & they were sumptuous, especially the fresh flower biscuits. The staff also helped us to taobao our breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning for an outing.
The cafe was very beautiful & has a peaceful & refreshing vibe. It has a view of the jade snow mountain. The hotel room was also tastefully designed. It is very sparkly clean & the accessories used were of good quality. I could sleep very well with the comfy bed mattress.
The hotel location is good. It has many eateries & some shopping mall. Taking didi is not an issue. The didi can pick up & drop at the doorstep.
We actually booked for 2 nights. Because the service hotel & accommodation were so excellent & the room rate was really value for money, we decided to extend another 3 more nights. So we actually stayed 5 nights in a row, which we usually don't do. Our room was also upgraded.
Besides that, we could wash & dry our laundry daily. We were very pleased that the laundry lady would deliver them to our room, which made our stay a pleasant one.
Thank you to all the staff which made our stay filled with fond good memories in Lijiang.

The stay was very nice, breakfast was very good and with a lot of options. The front desk lady was very supportive by helping us with the tickets to the Snow Valley. Highly recommended!

這次麗江之行的住宿選對了！房間細節藏着太多驚喜，設施特別齊全，全屋智能客控、智能馬桶用着很順手，床品柔軟得讓人沾床就睡，隔音效果也很棒，晚上安安靜靜的。最貼心的是酒店有帶烘乾功能的洗衣房，還能幫忙送回房間，長途旅行洗衣的難題輕鬆解決。
