The hotel is at the perfect location for exploring Shuhe ancient town. The staff helped us arrange pick up from the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel room is very spacious. Healthy breakfast is served in the morning. Before we left the staff gifted us two bottles of oxygen knowing that we’re going hiking in high altitudes.

位置好找，房間乾淨整潔，很有氛圍感，晚上還和工作人員在休息室內一起聊天、烤奶茶。幾天下來休息得很好，非常舒適～

服務：整體服務都非常好 提前一天會建羣 有任何問題迴應都很快速 會提前在北門等候幫忙拿行李 門口的瑪卡特別可愛 很想和人一起玩 管家進出都會熱情打招呼 並提供遊玩建議 看我買了氧氣瓶也會提醒我高反的話儘量不要洗澡
環境：從束河北門打車到玉龍雪山50塊 打到麗江古城25 周邊有荒野之國步行就能到騎共享單車更快 酒店位置也不錯 不會過於喧嘩也不會很冷清 門口對面的罐罐烤奶比大理喝到的都好喝 周邊網紅小鍋飯值得一吃 早飯會每天更換特別好 因為已經連吃好幾天的米線了 再好吃也膩了
設施：房間忘記拍照了 衞生是乾淨的 床也很舒服 但設施真的都有些老舊了 整個廁所區的窗都是封死的 衹在淋浴間有個很小的排風扇 下水道會反臭 根本排不出去 衹能一直關着廁所區和房間之間的門 左側床邊二眼插座衹有一個 插了電熱毯就不能充電 （前兩天我連充電頭都沒拿出來過 因為牆上都有usb或者type c插口）窗簾不是遮光的早上有點太亮 電視機就床距來説太小了字有點看不清（前兩天房價更便宜的民宿都有100寸投影）香薰的話就是在加濕器裏滴了精油 但感覺沒有把加濕器清洗乾淨 應該要用專門清洗劑不能光用水沖洗 一進門又臭又香 後來把加濕器關了 反而好些
總結：人為的部分已經做的很好了 但酒店的硬件真的有點跟不上了

房間很好，很漂亮，可以看到玉龍雪山的小角還挺驚喜。管家服務很好，有求必應。為我們推薦了好幾個適合帶小孩遊玩的景點，還有好吃的米線、餐館。民宿的菌菇醬很好吃，我們走的時候一人買了一罐。
