The hotel seems to have just opened. The room was very clean. The short-haired, glasses-wearing lady at the front desk was very helpful and even gave me a free upgrade to a king-size bed room with a mountain view and balcony. On a clear day, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The robot that delivered items to the room was a favorite of the kids. Overall, the stay was very convenient. It's quieter than near the ancient city and convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is OK, but the service is average. Overall, it's not as good as Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities. Most importantly, the extra cost of booking a room with a snow-capped mountain view was well worth it. The view was stunning. Since we couldn't go to the snow-capped mountains in August, the hotel provided a room with a snow-capped mountain view, which made up for the regret.

Upon arrival, we upgraded to a Snow Mountain View Room, which offered a view of the mountains from our balcony. On our third day, we finally saw the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in its entirety. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

I haven't written a review in eight hundred years, so let me put it into words: 1. The room was seriously soundproofed. There was a door connecting it to the room next door. I could hear my neighbor talking more clearly than I could hear people talking in the bathroom. The hallway's soundproofing wasn't the biggest issue; 2. All the wiring was exposed, posing a significant risk to the elderly and children; 3. The sheets were stained. The hotel showers don't provide hand soap, haha; 4. There was no landline in the room, but an intercom on the wall. The question is, what happens if your family members are sleeping at night? Have you ever thought about it? This led to a problem. I went to the first floor to get toiletries and report the problem. The front desk clerk listened to my complaint while busy with other things. They didn't even bother to record my comments and gave me a perfunctory response! Next, I reported the problem through Ctrip, but the hotel manager never showed up. He even called me and told me the room had a door because I booked an accessible room. My question is, is the basic definition of an accessible room to prioritize connecting to the neighboring room? Shouldn't the room itself be accessible first? The room was full of exposed wires, tables, chairs, and carpet. How could it be accessible? I only booked one room, so how could I share it with the one next door? Didn't the hotel have an obligation to inform us? The core message of the hotel manager's feedback was that we were not at fault, and it was the guest who didn't understand accessibility and was being completely unreasonable. Great! I'm giving you half a star. Have fun however you like! Also, please don't throw mud at ** in your reply. I never asked for compensation. I initially just wanted an explanation. Over 400 per room wasn't worth all the trouble.

Take a look at the pictures. I personally think it's very good, affordable, and has everything you need! We booked all mountain view rooms. The large balcony was very comfortable and the view was great! The breakfast variety was okay and filling! The rice noodles were better than outside 😋😋😋😋
