首先説下好的，特別喜歡客棧的小院兒和納西族裝修風格，古色古香，很有格調，對於客棧的環境我是非常滿意的。
衞生和設施方面也基本過得去，平日裏住的星級酒店也不少，肯定是不同的評價標準。
重點説下服務方面吧，能感覺到老闆是個性情中人，很爽快，但是油了點，偶爾讓人感覺不着調，但最後走之前還是一大早起來開車送了我們，其實客棧的基本條件都不錯，但希望能在服務上能做的更加專業一些，就像老闆説的，三星的標準儘量做到四星，説到也要做到。

客棧很有納西族的特色，門窗有納西族的雕花，很精美。
地理位置：
對於想住古城裡的人，這家客棧非常便利，從獅子山夜市上幾層台階，步行一小會兒就到了。
客棧出門左轉就進古城了，一路從清凈到繁華，逐漸融入到古城的氛圍中。
客棧中庭有一個院子，喝茶聊天特別合適。
老闆人很熱心，對附近的景點也很熟悉。
下次來還會住這裏。

位置很好，距離四方街很近，掌櫃幽默健談，還有小廚房可有做飯，環境很好。很熱心幫忙安排出行安排，挺好的，下次淡季再來。

前面給了一個評價，都是説的事實哈。老闆回覆有點推卸責任了。同時訂的兩間房，朋友那裡和我一樣情況。都沒有礦泉水，空調不暖和，我們還不至於都不會開空調。四五百的價格，住宿條件確實與預期相差甚遠。

環境：民宿在山上 想到門口需要坐打表出租車 蠻好找的 打到古城南門13塊左右 裏面花園也挺漂亮 老闆免費升級了觀景房 屋子挺大也乾淨！剛來和走之前還遇到店裡的小狗金條 可愛～
服務：很好～跟老闆問問題找東西都會及時迴應很熱心！走的時候還落了個東西在酒店 老闆還幫忙寄回了 太謝謝啦
設施：很好很齊全 熱水空調都好 電視機有電視盒子 可以看各種劇 美滋滋～
衞生：也挺好的～

民宿整體採用全木裝修 牆壁和傢俱 整體都是實木的很有格調 老闆人超級棒 還幫忙搞到了大索道的票 安排的行程遊玩攻略特別滿意 完全不需要自己準備啥 吃住行全方位考慮 真的超級貼心 很好的一家客棧 以後朋友來玩也會推薦的 祝福老闆生意興隆！
