This is the worst hotel among the 6 hotels we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Yunnan! ! ! Avoid it! The specific reasons are as follows⬇️ 1. The location on Ctrip Hotel is different from the actual location of the hotel we stayed in! We chose this hotel because we wanted to be closer to the road, but when we arrived, we found that it was far from the road. They said this was another hotel and the hotel closer to the road was full! ? 2. Someone did contact me in advance and sent me the check-in instructions and location, but they just sent it, and no one informed me in advance that the actual location did not match the Ctrip location! 3. They said they would pick us up when we arrived. Because the stone road inside was difficult to walk, almost all the B&Bs inside had tricycles to carry luggage. They also picked us up, but it was one person. They said the tricycle was picking up someone else, so we walked a few hundred meters with the suitcase (fortunately the suitcase was of good quality, otherwise the wheels would be damaged...) 4. After arriving at the hotel, we checked in. My girlfriend and I booked separately, but we were both in the same hotel and in the same location, but the front desk said that my girlfriend and I booked a different hotel! ? It said that there was no order for my girlfriend in the background... I was speechless... I adjusted it for more than 10 minutes... 5. Finally entered the room, my partner and I's room did not match the actual picture on Ctrip, maybe because the location we stayed in was different from the location on Ctrip... 6. When we asked why the actual location did not match the location on Ctrip, the boss said that they had many stores, the one on Ctrip was full, and it was clearly described in the Ctrip hotel details... OK, I searched for a long time with my phone but couldn't find it, so they said that the front desk forgot to add it. I ask who would look at such details... Who would have thought that the actual location was different from the Ctrip location? ! 7. Thinking of making do for one night, we came out of Lijiang Ancient Town and returned to the room. My partner's twin room had no hot water. The sink was blocked and began to overflow when we washed our face, so they said they would change us to another room... 8. Because we were on a 9am train, we contacted the front desk to see if a tricycle could pull our luggage to the road at 7:20am (because the cobblestone road was really difficult to pull). The reply we got was to take a taxi to the door because they were not at work at 7:20am and could not deliver...
