服務的熱情和設施的陳舊形成鮮明的對比，軟件和硬件差距太大。一方面是客棧服務人員非常熱情，提早就聯繫我，在我們到達前就到古鎮外面接我們，並贈送早餐，非常感謝。但是我們住的房間並不是在網上訂房時看到的房間，實際住的房間要比客棧官方照片差很多，設施陳舊，燈光昏暗，希望小夥子們保持服務水平但是要誠信經營，祝你們生意越來越好。最後希望你們儘早買兩輛四輪車來運行李，看到你們幫我們抬行李累得氣喘吁吁，我都想在網上買兩輛送給你們。

老闆有兩個客棧，天村客棧這個房間我太喜歡了，有陽台，還能看到玉龍雪山，可是我一個人來的，覺得有點浪費。所以就入住了老闆另外一家客棧，乾淨衞生，安靜古樸的小院，超級治癒。老闆和老闆娘人超級好，很貼心的推薦旅行路線。一次愉快的入住體驗，還會再來的，祝老闆生意興隆

院子裝修的很温馨漂亮 房間乾淨整潔放置了新鮮的花 對面就是玉龍雪山 木質屋子加上花花草草小多肉讓人心情都好了起來 還有一衹叫哈妹的狗子 房間設施齊全 老闆娘非常熱情 主動給我們推薦美食還幫我們叫車 有問必答 下次有機會還來～
