民宿的位置還不錯，在清溪公園對面，束河古鎮和麗江古城中間，而且民宿前後都有停車場，對自駕的朋友很友好，而且打車也很容易打到。走進民宿的大門是一個精緻的院子，就很有那種民宿的感覺。房間裏面裝修風格很簡約，和漢庭這些連鎖酒店差不多，也很乾凈整潔。雖然第一晚熱水器壞了，給我們造成了一點點麻煩，但是老闆小姐姐很積極地解決問題，點贊點贊。對了對了，在三樓和四樓中間的樓梯間可以透過小窗看到玉龍雪山，早上可以早點起來蹲一下日照金山（雖然我住這幾天天氣不太好沒看到）

老闆態度特別特別特別惡劣，酒店多次出問題後沒人接電話，下樓去找她。走之後還在樓梯間大罵，我打開門質問，她還和我們吵起來，讓我們不住就滾出去。1.進去洗澡半小時沒有熱水，店家給出的解釋是就我們這家與光同塵·豪華家庭大套房容易出問題，不能隨意動他的開關，不然熱水就會流走？？？？？如果設計這麼複雜為什麼不貼好使用説明？到底該按哪個按鈕？後來用了另一間房的浴室才洗上澡。洗澡水也不熱，衹能勉勉強強洗，還得我們先把馬桶這邊的水開關關掉，才能去洗澡，然後馬桶這邊就停水。2.剛入住房間的沙發椅就是壞的。3.浴室的防水坎特別低，洗了一下澡水就漫出到房間裏，這次去找店家，她在上樓的時候理由又是衹有我們這間房有問題，我表示不接受這個價格的民宿存在這麼多的問題，後來她來看説是我們的頭髮堵住了出水口，但是並沒有人洗頭髮。而且你這麼低的防水坎設計合理嗎？浴室裏也沒有放衣服的地方。你態度特別不好説把我們換去四樓更好的房間，我多次説了明早就要走，現在晚上十點半我們何必要多此一舉？你説你給瞭解決方案衹是我們自己不接受，我關上門後你就在樓梯間大罵，並且這兩天你都沒有對你們酒店的設施對我們造成的困擾有任何抱歉的意思，好像你讓我們住到四樓更好的房間是我們佔了你便宜。你説是我關門很大聲，然後一直吵嚷，我覺得無語還再次給你關門看，你們家門關門就有這麼大聲，你自己心裏憋着氣，發泄在客人身上？更何況是你的民宿多處設施有問題？4.入住沒有微信可以聯繫到民宿管理人，衹能打去哪兒網站上的電話，並且老闆並不在店裡，所以還有聯繫不上人的情況。第一天來就沒有人接待，打電話等了一會有個人給了一張萬能卡讓我們先入住，也沒有辦理身份證登記。後來老闆回來才把卡換了，要我們之後去補登記。入住體驗特別糟糕的一家民宿，避雷避雷避雷！！！！！！！！！

躺運氣不錯，躺在床上也能看見玉龍雪山，停車也很方便，老闆也很熱情，環境不錯，房間整體是乾淨整潔的，體驗很好。

停車方便，入住很快。房間裏就可以看到雪山。環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，前台很熱情，服務周到。還有一個小露台也可以看雪山。
