Hotel is nice and location is perfect to explore Lijiang. Rooms are spacious and a family can enjoy and feel like a home. One of the plus point for this hotel is they provide free laundry service which is best when you’re traveling for longer period of time.

New hotel but the cleaning services is rather inconsistent. Several days the cleaning lady did not clean the stain on the table and did not organize the used cups/ mugs which was left unwashed for the whole week I was staying here. 3 out of the 7 days I stayed here, they forgot to replace the face towel which I had to call the front desk and asked them to send to me manually. The washing machines and dryers were too little in quantity and there were long queue for using the washer and dryer after 8pm, there were no washing detergent provided unlike other Orange Hotels branches. They offered me a plate of fresh fruits and free breakfast as a compliment for staying 1 week at their hotel.

Worth every cent of mine and one of the best stay experiences throughout my kunming trip.
Offer the best value out of your money, facilities, cleanliness, room size, bed, bathroom everything was really above my expectations towards a hotel room at this price rate.

The service is very good and the front desk is very welcoming. The oranges at the front desk of the hotel are delicious and taste great. The scenery in the room is really beautiful! ! The room is also large and very clean! ! A very satisfying stay

When I first checked in, the service attitude of the person who promoted me to get a gold card was not good. The hotel did not have flip flops, so I went to the front desk to get flip flops with hair on them so I had to return them. When I took a shower on the first day, I found that the hotel towels had dirt marks on them. On the second day, the hygiene was normal. On the third day, the hair that fell in the bathroom after taking a shower was not cleaned up.
