Lijiang Imperial Garden Hotel (Shuhe Ancient Town Square Street Store)

Very satisfied. They contacted me to pick me up at the airport before I even checked in, so I didn't have to carry my luggage into the ancient city. Check-in was very convenient. The hotel is located next to the Feihua Touching Water in Shuhe River, which is very convenient for getting around. However, it is very quiet at night and not noisy. The room is very comfortable and clean, and the yard is also beautiful. The owner and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and immediately solved any problems I needed. Recommended.

This must be a 120-point rating. We were a family of four traveling and wanted to stay in a single room. We searched online for a long time but couldn't find a suitable hotel. Either the room was too small, the bed was too small, or the location was too remote and inconvenient. The hotels that did find suitable were extremely expensive. We stumbled upon this one and were immediately impressed by the layout and the numerous positive reviews, so we booked it immediately. We were absolutely delighted upon check-in. The room was spacious, which the kids loved, and the bed was huge. There were bathrooms on both the first and second floors, and the terrace offered a mountain view. The rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious. The room was clean and cozy, and the hostess was very kind. She picked us up and dropped us off right away. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient town, just a five-minute walk from Feihua Touching Water and Sifang Tingyin Square. There's also a delicious local chicken rice noodle shop just down the street from the B&B. Shuhe Ancient Town is truly comfortable and affordable, and I stayed there for three nights and couldn't bear to leave. I'd love to come back next time, and stay at this B&B again.

A highly recommended B&B. The boss is warm and welcoming. She helped us upgrade the room with a small courtyard. She also helped us make a guide according to the itinerary. There is the only large shuttle bus in the ancient town to pick us up from the door to the B&B. The boss also helped us carry our luggage in person and helped us dry our washed clothes. As soon as we arrived at the B&B, there was a very exquisite afternoon tea, chicken soup and freshly baked flower cakes. The terrace can see the best mountain view of the ancient town (see the picture below). One afternoon when it rained, the boss also went to the door to pick us up and sent us to the airport and high-speed rail station. The boss also arranged it. It's very worry-free! It's as warm as going home! Recommended!

The boss was warm and thoughtful. He personally picked us up and helped with the luggage. When we first arrived at the B&B, he learned that we hadn't eaten yet, so he provided free chicken soup and flower cakes. The room was exquisitely decorated, and the children especially liked it. You can see the snow-capped mountains and the ancient town from the roof of the B&B. I will choose this place again when I come to the ancient town next time.

The value for money is great, the room is spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel's exterior is quite distinctive and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and will arrange a shuttle in advance. Also, if I encountered any difficulties after checking out, they were happy to help. Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodation experience. The room is a loft type that the children love. It is clean and tidy, with complete software. There is free brunch and free pick-up service.
