**Positive:** The owners are very friendly. Although it's far from the center, you can walk there in just 15 minutes.
**Negative:** The cleanliness needs improvement, especially in the bathroom. It's in a construction area, and in the mornings, the noise from the work is unbearable from very early on. It's a family house, and there is also a lot of shouting from the people, which doesn't let you rest.
