The room hygiene is okay, but the corridor hygiene is too messy. The breakfast environment was very unclean and there was nothing to eat for breakfast.

I stayed here for four days in total. I arrived at 12pm on the first night and went to bed immediately. On the second day when I returned to the hotel after going out to play and was resting, a hotel staff member suddenly showed other guests to the room and opened the door without permission. After opening it, he saw me and then closed it. He walked away without any explanation. On the third day, he went out for fun at 5 o'clock in the morning and returned to the hotel room at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. No one cleaned the room. I used the landline to call the front desk customer service to find someone to clean it. After half an hour, no one came. Then I called him on my mobile phone and asked him to clean the room. He actually didn't know and asked me which room number I was cleaning. On the fourth night, I heard a strange sound in the window and opened the screen, but there was no window. A piece of cardboard blocked the window. I was very happy during the three-day and four-night trip to Lijiang and visited the scenic spots during the day, but all my mood was ruined in the hotel!
