My stay at Qianxue Castle was magnificent. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome fruit was bountiful and the afternoon tea treats lovely. The venue is beautiful, views of the snow mountain breathtaking and it is very close to the night market. I stayed 3 nights and regretted not staying longer.

There location of the hotel is very good but be prepared for many steps and stairs. The view from our room and the hotel was amazing. The food was good and the staff were very helpful. Hotel staff don’t speak English but we could still communicate through WeChat and other translate apps. They also provided complimentary pickup from airport.

酒店在麗江古城獅子山，離酒吧一條街很近。鬧中取靜，俯瞰整個麗江古城。酒店內設施齊全，有茶室，雪茄吧，酒吧。還有帶娃做香包的地方。整個酒店設計非常到位。服務就更不用説了，貼心，細緻。住了三晚，在麗江是非常美好的回憶。

酒店環境非常美，在酒店裡就可以看見麗江古城，安靜，舒適，非常適合休閑度假，酒店服務人員服務細緻周到，下午茶，早餐非常豐盛，特別值得一提得是他的到店水果，是我住過這麼多酒店一來最有誠意的，非常新鮮，品種很多，退房還贈送了一份玫瑰花餅，下次去麗江還會選擇噠~
