Perry and the entire staff of the hotel made us feel like VIP guests from our arrival through to check out. The room was beautiful and the
location was great for walking. The hotel’s restaurant was also great. Perry speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The porch outside the hotel’s cafe is a great place to relax and people watch in the afternoon.

The location is superb, located right inside ancient city vicinity. Our room is on the first floor with a nice view from the living room, it is clean and spacious. Their staff were all very friendly and their service is good. Will recommend coming here to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to transport the baggages from the south gate to the hotel. The breakfast was rich and we could make our favourite from the menu. Location is good and convenient as well.

Enjoyed my stay in this Lux Hotel. Clean, big and comfortable. Location is within Ancient City but need to walk at least 5 mins to 10 mins to get to the city main spot.
In general, we loved the vibes of the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel resides inside the ancient town very close to the South Gate. The service I received was totally fantastic. All were friendly. They picked us at the gate, prepared some snacks and fruits for our late arrival, and when we left early next morning for the mountain they helped pack breakfast for us.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was really good. The rice noodles were the best of all I had at the city. Though the hotel is inside the ancient town, and can hardly be as spacious as intercontinental, the room very large and comfortable.
I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is very convenient to go to the ancient town. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It's a pity that the time is tight, otherwise I will stay another day. It will be the first choice for next time I come to Lijiang!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel upgraded us to a tatami king-size bed room, which the children especially liked. Although the breakfast was not very varied, it was very exquisite. On the day of climbing Yulong Snow Mountain, we didn't have time to eat breakfast, so the hotel helped us pack it up. The service was very considerate. There were also coffee and Pu'er tasting activities, but I didn't have time to experience them this time. I will experience them next time.
