Very happy with the service from 十三 who manages the property. Friendly and excellent service provided. The room is also of high standard with tip top cleanliness. Glad that I stayed foe 3 nights and very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

Location of the hotel is quite good, convenient access and to order Didi for travelling nearby tourist attractions. Cleanliness of hotel is so so. There’s a bad smell from the bathroom and we asked for room change. After changing to another room and not so bad. Sound proofing of the room is very bad. If you are going to stay in ancient town, most of the home stay for sound proofing is very bad. Be prepared for that. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will carry your luggage from the ancient town gate to their home stay and also check out to the car or van when you want to leave. We did not get the service when we were leaving from this home stay. No body is attended. ☹️

Nice spacious room, very close to Lijiang Ancient Town. The owners are helpful in transporting our luggages as the road is rocky.

The room was very big,nice and clean. 十三少 was a very warm and welcoming host and made our whole stay very pleasant. He helped us with our luggage and helped us with arranging transport and day tours, he also provided recommendations for where to eat. He also invited us for tea and we had a very nice conversation. I highly recommend this place to travellers as the host was perfect and location is wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again if i were to visit lijiang in the future.

Highly recommended. The room is provided all types of amenities including washing machine which is over expectations. The cleanliness is so good. The staffs even changed your towel everyday. No smell of cigarettes!:) All in all, Highly recommended!!
