Everything about the stay was excellent—smooth check-in process, clean rooms, tea in the lobby, welcome gift, souvenirs when we checked out, helpful reception for restaurant booking without a local phone number, and a rooftop with stunning snow mountain view and photo spot. The hotel is within walking distance to Lijiang Gucheng. Thanks to 安挪.小木 for the great service.

Nice and helpful hotel staff. Anna and her colleague. Walking distance to old town. Clean hotel good toilet. I love xiaodu. Near to red sun bus stop.

Staffs very friendly and helpful.l, even help me book didi as my WeChat is not working. The hotel is nice, room is clean too. Location very convenient, come down a lot of food and 5 min walk to 古城.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I am very satisfied with the environment, facilities and service attitude. This time the hotel also upgraded the room, which is so heartwarming! I also checked in at the Snow Mountain Garden on the rooftop, the atmosphere was amazing! I wanted to extend the room and stay one more day, but I couldn't book it because the hotel was fully booked. I must stay here again next time I come to Lijiang! The souvenirs I gave this time turned out to be robot toys. My two sons were so happy 😁 There were also thoughtful eye masks and hand cream! Xiao Jiang and Xiao Lin were very welcoming and introduced us to delicious restaurants nearby. They answered all our questions. Great!
