I am a foreign guest, this is my first time in China. The hotel owner proactively texted me via Trip 1 day in advance to contact to pick me up at the airport. Everything was very good, the room was very comfortable and clean, she also bought a tour to the snow mountain for me. If I have the chance to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

The hotel boasts cleanliness, comfort, and stunning vistas of Lijiang Ancient Town. Situated conveniently, with a variety of dining options nearby, it offers proximity to the heart of lijiang ancient town. The standout feature, however, is the warmth and hospitality of the staff, led by the friendly manager, 邓邓. They not only provided excellent service but also guided us to must-visit spots in Lijiang, ensuring a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Location : Great. Convenient, a stone throw away from LiJiang ancient city. Check-in ‘counter’ - staff is helpful and passionate to recommend restaurants, herbal shop. But Did not gift us tea pack as stated in booking page for more than 2 nights stay and did not inform tea will be served with reservation Room for 3 pax : At best average, there are differences in configuration as displayed on Trip.com. When we approached one of the person in charged, to provide mug for 3rd person, he brought paper cups. For environmental and green purpose, proper mug is more sustainable. Kettle is placed on a desk near entrance with no power point. The staff impatiently told me to boil water on bedside table where there is a power point. House keeping: below average. We are shocked that they intruded into our privacy, opened the room door although we did not request for housekeeping and we are in the room !! Service : excellent service rendered by a lady manager in charged. She recommended and graciously brought us to a shop nearby to buy 三七，天蔴，藏红花 which she assured it is a trusted shop with good quality and fair price. Bathroom : modern smart toilet but occasionally the sensors are not functioning as it intended Photo : did not bother to take photo as the room is below expectation. Room Rate : Cheap

Lijiang is very fun. Every restaurant recommended by Deng Deng is delicious. She recommended a lot of fun places to us. She also gave us delicious flower cakes and made tea for us. The Pu'er tea in the store is delicious. I am very happy. Next time, I will come to Lijiang because of Deng Deng. Everyone will go to her to book a room. I wish her a prosperous business.

My husband said that the hotels outside all looked like small hostels, but I didn't expect this one to be so special. The rooms are big, with smart toilets, no odor, and the rooftop cafe has a great night view. I'm very satisfied and recommend it.

I found this hotel on Xiaohongshu. I am not good at taking photos. This hotel is comfortable, warm and elegant, and beautiful! The facilities inside are really beautiful, especially the layout of the rooftop, which is very thoughtful! The guys are very nice and the service is thoughtful. They help with luggage and recommend local places to eat and play! Lijiang is a good place, and accommodation (Hefengting) is a good choice. Only those who have been there know it. Sorry! The pixel of the mobile phone is not good, and the photography skills are limited, so the photos are very blurry😃

The location is right opposite Dayan Flower Lane. The location is very good and parking is available. However, there is a school behind it. If you want to sleep during the day, it is not recommended. It will be noisy. It is not recommended to take a shower or wash your hair when you first arrive in Lijiang. I didn't have afternoon tea. The view on the rooftop is excellent at night.

The overall accommodation experience was great. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I stayed in a family room with a yard on the first floor on the first day. The yard was a plus. There was also a small afternoon tea bar on the top floor, which overlooked the entire ancient town. The hotel gave me a free afternoon tea. It was fun to enjoy the scenery and afternoon tea with my parents. The most important thing is that the service of Xiaowu is really warm and attentive. When booking a car, he was able to take care of the details of my mother's car ride, and the whole check-in process was very attentive and thoughtful service. My parents praised it and were very satisfied. Thank you.
