The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient streets, shops, and eateries without the noise of the main crowds. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and peace. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From offering local recommendations to helping with transport arrangements, their service felt genuinely heartfelt and sincere. The design of the hotel blends traditional charm with modern comfort beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang and wanting a charming, restful place right by the Old Town!

We had an amazing stay at 朴致酒店 in Lijiang Old Town! We upgraded to the V5 room and it was absolutely worth it — the bed was super cozy, the bathtub was large and relaxing, and the automatic toilet was a nice modern touch. The hot water was consistent, and we loved the high-quality toiletries — the shampoo, body wash, and lotion all smelled great and felt luxurious. The service here was beyond impressive. From the moment we arrived, staff helped carry our luggage through the Old Town to the hotel. We were offered thoughtful touches throughout our stay — delicious afternoon tea, fresh fruit, sweet soup at night, a hearty breakfast, and even laundry service that washed and dried our clothes in just 3 hours! We were truly amazed. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile. They greeted us warmly every day, quickly assisted with our room heating, and gave us genuine advice on what to buy locally. Even on our departure, they helped carry our bags — something we truly appreciated. A special thank you to 小黑, our butler from 朴致酒店. She was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and professional. A great stay from start to end with exceptional service. The free train pickup and luggage transport made our arrival smooth. It is located in lijiang old town and a 5 minute walk to the nearest main road pickup point. the location makes it very easy to explore around the old town with lots to offer. Staff was attentive to our needs during our stay, preparing a special breakfast for us as we had to move out early in the morning for a day trip. The free laundry service was also a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean.

Very good hotel. We really enjoyed our stay; the hosts and staff were extremely friendly and made our stay a breeze. Highly recommended.

The hotel was located in a nice part of the old town, easily accessible to the centre of Lijiang Ancient City yet quiet and peaceful.

2nd time staying. Still as enjoyable as the first. Staff helped to arrange some breakfast for us to take away for our early train to kunming.
