Because we were individual travelers, we stayed for 5 days. The overall experience was average. We hardly saw the cleaning staff during these 5 days. We threw away the garbage ourselves and went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and water. Maybe it was because of the travel agency The reason why there are so many people who sign up for the tour (it seems that they don't need to clean and replace the items in the room) is that the front desk service is very good, but the overall hotel room is old and very damp. There is no sound insulation. The bathroom is very poor. The hotel has its own chess and card room. Play mahjong. But the chess and card room is old and no one cleans it. It is very dirty. The location is excellent. The overall experience is very average. Not recommended!

This homestay is very quiet. It is composed of several large courtyards. Although it is bustling outside, the noise is isolated once you enter the courtyard. The room is very clean, the bed is of moderate hardness and softness, and hot water is available after a while, so it is very convenient to wash. After visiting Shangri-La late at night, I was exhausted. It was great to have hot water for a shower, a comfortable bed and a quiet courtyard. I felt refreshed all night. A buffet breakfast was also provided in the morning, with both sweet and salty food. It was very convenient. I will stay at their house again when I come to Shuhe next time.
