We arrived early and we were allowed to check-in directly by the kind owner. The room looked like the pictures. It was nice and comfy, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean. We had the pleasure to welcome the cats in our bedroom, as they entered once we opened the door. They are friendly and playful. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the Old town. There are many restaurants around, serving fresh and local food. Area is quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Very cute hotel close to the old town. Spacious and modern room with nice windows. View on the courtyard. Free self laundry. The owner is a very hospitable lady, but she was absent most of the time and so there was no one at the front desk for service. That probably lead to some problems: the room was not clean (we asked for a broom), the shower gel was empty, there was a very little left-over of toilet paper, the shower heater and « rain shower » were broken. Overall we appreciated our stay but it would be better if they improve the service quality.

The room is very nice and clean. It is in a quiet courtyard. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was actually very quiet at night. For a neurasthenic person like me, it is really good. The air conditioning in the room is so powerful in a beautiful city like Lijiang with a huge temperature difference between morning and night. The most important thing is that the bathroom actually has heating, which really surprised me. I love it so much. There is also plenty of hot water. The boss's family is really nice people. It was very cold at night and the aunt asked the little sister to pick us up. Thank you very much! The inn is opposite the gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient. Jimei, go ahead, don't miss such a good inn.

The owner's family is super friendly and enthusiastic, after giving us fruit, they also helped us dry our clothes so we could check out the next day. The owner also helped us rent an electric car and book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The auntie helped me carry my luggage to the car. I'm really grateful to the whole family.
