The facade of the hotel doesn’t seem impressive. However, it is nice inside. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast offers little choices. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Very convenient location. Vary good Restaurant nearby

The reception counter staff were good providing prompt services but not for the technician. He has bad working attitude as he refused to demonstrate how to tune to local television programmes when asked and just walk off.

The hotel is quite new and located near the old city centre. It is a good 3 star hotel with a tasty breakfast. The staff is very nice and very cool: You can wash your clothes (and dry) for free! There is a laundry room! The first room wasn't very clean, so we changed. Generally, it's clean enough, and because the hotel is new enough, I can recommend it here. There is a new JI hotel a bit further away, if you want it more clean

The hotel is conveniently located and has its own parking lot. It is a very suitable place for self-driving and backpackers to stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. It is worth recommending!

Stayed for two consecutive nights, it was very good, within walking distance to the north gate of the ancient city, nearby is the business district, there are pharmacies, restaurants, fruit shops and everything, the staff had a very good service attitude, the room was clean and hygienic, and it was very convenient to travel with the elderly and children.

Facilities: Very good. Although it has been renovated for a few years, it is well maintained. The front desk and room attendants are very friendly and enthusiastic. They actively remind us of various services. The scenery of Lijiang Ancient Town disappointed us a little, but we are very satisfied with the facilities and services of the Four Seasons Hotel.

I didn't take photos because the rooms in all seasons hotels are the same, but the guy at the front desk really deserves praise. We arrived at 12 o'clock. Because most of the guests hadn't checked out yet, I waited at the front desk. Later, I inquired about the room location and found out that it was noisy, so I wanted to upgrade the room type. As soon as I inquired about the price, the guy at the front desk said that it could be upgraded for free. In addition, because the room booked on this APP only had one breakfast, the guy sent another breakfast (ps: It's not without reason, because my mother and I are both Huazhu Club Gold Members). After checking in, the guy called to check whether it was comfortable. It was really great. The trip to Lijiang was very successful! ! ! Thank you to the hotel front desk!

The room is very clean, the service is also very good, there is its own parking lot, which is very friendly to students who drive by themselves, and there is a charging station next to it. It is very close to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City. There is an underground passage 150 meters away from the entrance of the ancient city. In addition, we arrived late at night, so we ate at Yunxue Li, which has a high review score next to it. To be honest, the service is quite good, but the taste of the dishes is hard to describe. The signature shrimp ordered was oily and salty, and the mushrooms were tasteless. As a Yunnan restaurant, it is really disappointing. The reason for the good reviews is probably because of the free drinks, which are quite delicious~~

The room is clean and sanitary, and the service is warm and considerate. The shower water is large, the temperature is stable, and the bed is comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast. It is the first choice for travel all seasons!!!
