There is aircond but not functioning . Didn’t prepare shoes in bathroom so it’s basically very cold when u take shower . And the hot water , it’s either too hot or too cold , the water heater abit hard to adjust

the location is one of the best, located right between the old town and new town
so you are in the center of everything
although the hotel is located in the center of the city but there is no noise from outside, very peaceful place
the room space is very large and the bed and pillows are really comfortable , toilet is clean
if i visit lijiang i will definitely book this hotel again

Hotel located near the entrance to ancient city and next to shopping mall which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. There is a travel desk to arrange tour to popular attractions.

Modern, Cosy & comfy hotel just a street across Lijiang old town. Conveniently located near to massage parlour & a big supermarket. Staffs are nice too.

I chose this hotel by chance after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed. The location is good in the city center, next to the International Shopping Plaza, and less than five minutes' walk from the waterwheel. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk is very good and helped to upgrade the room for free. I recommend it.

I have always liked Lavande's hotels. The facilities in the room are really great. The place is very clean, and there is a big mirror at the door which is really nice. The hotel also has aromatherapy and humidifiers, and the curtains are automatic. My favorite is the mirror on the washbasin with a ring light, which looks very comfortable. Oh, and I can also arrange my own music while taking a bath, haha! The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the decoration style is simple and warm. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and the cotton products are clean. The room is quiet and odorless, and the sleep quality is high. Other features include an air purifier and aromatherapy machine. There are many restaurants nearby and free parking is very convenient for self-driving trips. I also really like Lifeng's toiletries and hand creams. I have already placed an order for the same ones.

Good environment, complete facilities, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, intelligent facilities, easy to use. Close to the ancient city, convenient for travel. The beautiful girls and handsome guys at the front desk are warm, attentive and thoughtful. Check-in is fast, super praise, good quality of food, a good place to stay worth recommending.
