Camping & Bungalows Ligüerre de Cinca

This is a bit long. It all started on March 14, 2020, we had a reservation at this place to spend a weekend with the families of my daughter's school. On March 14, 2020, the covid confinement began and obviously we couldn't even leave the house. Well, after speaking with them several times, this man tells us that there is no way we could have spent the money, we put it in the hands of lawyers and nothing at all, contrary to what everyone may think, they agree with them. Since we had no other option, we gave them a very negative rating. Two years later my son's school decides to make another visit to the same place, I make my reservation, considering the previous incident forgotten, and what do I find? That 24 hours before this establishment I receive a call telling me that either I delete the negative opinion on TripAdvisor or they directly do not let me or my family enter, I don't know but I consider it blackmail, and of course since I have no other option I delete the message and I receive several emails, one of them telling me that when I delete them my reservation will be ok. Now we go to the weekend...the spectacular landscape, the spectacular surroundings, the stay....dirty bungalows, the kit that they usually provide for the bathroom did not exist, the dinner was meat or fish, but not a choice, it was what was needed, both dishes cold and dry. Just like the dessert without possible choice, what there was is what there was.

Increíble emplazamiento y el personal muy amable y accesible en todo momento. A escasos km de Liguerre de Cinca pero lo suficiente alejado de poblaciones grandes que te garantizan poder desconectar. Seguro que repetiría esta experiencia.

Hemos estado unos días geniales una piscina grande un bungalow con A/A, con el vehículo a la puerta. La atención de recepción buena en varios idiomas y con mucha amabilidad. El restaurante deja mucho que desear no solo por la lentitud sino por la respuesta de quien la atiende. En general un lugar para descansar donde disfrutar gracias a sus zonas deportivas zona de kayak. Zona de lavadero duchas aseos en general bien.

Si te cobran suplemento por mascota y vas solo, es complicado si no te dejen entrar a pedir al bar ¿De verdad cuesta tanto servir en terraza? El objetivo de la hostelería es satisfacer al cliente, no complicarle la vida por ahorrarse un sueldo. Si el hotel permite mascotas, no tuvieron ni un detalle de servir un bol de agua en el bar. Ahora, debe ser costumbre de la hostelería aragonesa, a años luz de buena parte de la española.
