Hotel Nuova Flavia

Family-run hotel close to the beach and the city center but in a quiet area. Included in the full board is a parasol and two beach beds per room. Quite varied breakfast with the possibility of squeezing oranges, few fruits offered mainly melon and watermelon and apples that did not make you want to bite into them. If you want a real coffee from the bar and not from the machine you have to pay for it! It's the first time we've had that! Small rolls that once finished were no longer offered. Never seen the so-called homemade pies mentioned on the site! Lunch and dinner correct but nothing more especially for the meat menus served with just a spoonful of cooked vegetables and a little salad. Nothing to complain about on the other hand for the pasta always al dente. Possibility of having self-service salads but without variety (tomatoes, grated carrots, white beans, corn and salads every day and sometimes peas or green beans (canned?) nothing to do with the photos posted on the site! Single dessert offered at the end of the meal (most not homemade) and the portions not at all equal, who had little and who even less! Room appears quite clean unless you have the misfortune to look under the bed!

We stayed in this hotel and we enjoyed it very much. Very neat and clean environments. Very kind and welcoming owners, ready to satisfy any request. The breakfast is worth mentioning, as it is truly amazing. Ditto for the restaurant, where you eat very well and in a varied way. I recommend the desserts, nothing short of wonderful. Basically, if you go to Lignano Sabbiadoro it is the ideal hotel. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia madre in questo hotel, devo dire che la cordialità è buona, ma ci sono delle cose negative. La colazione è buona dolce e salato con vasta scelta, ma la cena avendo fatto mezza pensione per noi non era soddisfacente. Intanto in quattro giorni le verdure a buffet erano sempre le solite, e il menù era alquanto senza nessuna fantasia, non ti facevano venire voglia di ordinarle ma dovevi. Le camere pulite una nota molto positiva , peccato che avevamo il condizionatore d'aria che faceva un rumore fastidioso. Non lo abbiamo fatto presente perché pensavamo che alla fine della nostra vacanza ci venisse chiesto se ci eravamo trovati bene, ma invece niente di tutto questo. Per la posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e quattro passi per il mare.

Difficilmente metto recensioni negative e non so cosa non abbia funzionato in questo hotel ma tre classi in gita, dopo la cena (chi di notte chi al mattino presto chi dopo) sono state male, prof compresi. Al mattino colazione misera, ma visto che già in tanti non stavano bene magari un po' di the con tanto limone sarebbe servito ma non mi risulta siano state offerte bevande di questo tipo. E aggiugno che NON si tratta di Norovirus, primo perché non credo si attacchi cosi velocemente, secondo perché purtroppo un qualche alunno è stato veramente male, ha dovuto fare accertamenti ed è stata esclusa la presenza del virus. Dopo alcumi giorni sono seguiti soggiorni di altre classi che per fortuna non hanno avuto problemi (vero è che il menù però era cambiato completamente !!!)
