We booked a junior suite for girls weekend thinking to rest ourselves. It's just an extra room with a sofa and terrace. The shower is very tiny and with no water pressure. The swimming pool is simple with ok tunning beds, but not soft ones. Breakfast was ok but not a 4 star hotel ok. Everything was fine kinda, staff professional and accomadating. But again there is no way it's 4 stars hotel. There is a better place just a few km away with amazing pools, soft tanning beds, gazebo etc, a top roof bar and restaurant for the same price as a junior suite you get classic rooms but with luxury amenities, service with doorman etc. Hotel Rex Is ok for just sleeping... If you are looking for a place to crash it's totally ok. But for a nice vacay experience for almost the same price search better outside of "zonna pignetta".

Great room with an Amazon view. Very quiet. The Service was super polite. Tipp: the dinner is perfect! Very special, kreative and delicious Menu. Bicycles always for rent for free. Parking, even with a big car, no problem! Supermarket super close, if you need water or snacks for the beach. 2 Beach loungers and sunshade at the beach included! Nice and calm pool area, you can also use the pool at the hotel next door. As a conclusion: Perfect package for a great price!

We'd love to come back. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite our sometimes very playful children, nobody complained. With the free bicycles (also for small children) you can easily reach everything.

Non conoscevamo Lignano. Siamo venuti qualche giorno in occasione di una gara sportiva che si è tenuta in una struttura vicina al Rex. Prenotato un po’ alla cieca e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Ottima struttura, piuttosto nuova, ben tenuta, pulita (i corridoi profumano di pulito), personale sorridente e professionale, buona qualità del cibo (abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione), offerta di vini niente male, colazione ricca e curata, bella piscina con zona esterna che gode di sole quasi tutto il giorno. Decisamente consigliato!

Camera molto piccola per un 4 stelle. Bagno piccolissimo. Cena: appena sufficiente per un 4 stelle. Colazione discreta. Plus della colazione: possibilità di fare la centrifuga con frutta e verdura fresca. Personale del bar e della sala: cortese e disponibile. Non ci torniamo.
