Хороший отель, очень просторные номера, далеко от центра Парижа, но если на машине, то ок. Неприятный момент, забронировали с завтраком на trip.com, в итоге в отеле сказали, что завтрак не включён, пришлось спорить, показывать бронирование. Согласились, написали какую-то бумажку на завтрак, но осадок остался.

The excuse we got was that the chef had to change suppliers at the last minute. It's really unprofessional to serve this kind of dish without apology and obviously without any commercial gesture...

Arrived in the room, very noisy ventilation and infiltration at the windows and room reserved for a couple with twin beds 😔?. We were able to get another room in better condition. General condition of the room in poor condition: Bath tap blocked on showerhead, damaged sink and bathroom, shower jets did not work. The carpets in the hallways are completely deteriorated. The water in the jacuzzi was almost cold and there was a visible lack of cleaning. Hotel bar closed on a Saturday evening! We found that the hotel did not deserve its 4* rating.

We are very unhappy with this place which claims to be worthy of a 4 Star. Not very warm welcome, deposit of €250 to be paid upon arrival (unheard of!!!). We were given the keys to our room, upon opening the door, we noticed that the room was not made: sheets..bathroom bathroom.... As a result we were given another "suite" room, but what a disappointment, already taking the elevator: the floor covered with a stained carpet, the corridors leading to the rooms the carpets also stained; in our "suite" there are frays on the carpet, stains on the toilet tiles, the floor is also not nickel...it needs to be scrubbed!!!!!!!, unacceptable for a 4 star.
