No contact with the reception. I wanted to change rooms during the first visit to the room. Tried calling 7 or 8 times, but no answer. And this while my staff was waiting for me at the event. The waiter in the so-called party room had found some keys to rooms that were empty. We went to look together. These also looked disgusting. The shower of 2 x 1 meter was also a real disappointment. A stay in prison is more pleasant then here. This was the 1st and last time in this hotel !!

Wouldn't recommend. The hotel is well situated but that's all. The room is very small and not clean. When entering the room we had to notice that there was mold in the bathroom. Also the door for the bathroom was broken so you couldn't close it, which meant no privacy. On our first morning the cleaning lady came when we were still in the room, so we kindly ask her to come back later and she agreed an told us that this wouldn't be a problem. Furthermore for the breakfast, we had to leave the hotel and go around the corner to enter an other building.

I've got a wonderfull stay at Hof Van Aragon! The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean! Good and beatuifull location. I will definitely come back and would recommend it to everyone. The breakfast was lovely. Thank you!

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Apart from the lovely lady that served the breakfast every morning. Paper thin walls. You could hear absolutely everything from the rooms around you. No door between the bathroom/toilet and the sleeping area. No parking even if it says so in the add,

I stayed for 1 night, I’d booked for a week & I didn’t go back. Awful, dated & dirty hotel, more like hostel. I have never felt so unsafe when travelling ever, I couldn’t go back and I found somewhere else luckily! If you’re a solo traveler please be careful. Room was dark, tiny ( so claustrophobic ) and nothing worked. I felt I was in a tower locked away and nobody would find me. Very isolating. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Total waste of money, wished I’d never book it, not ok at all.

room 16 - outdated, lamps not working (or missing). wallpaper coming off - walls chipped . My uncle had booked directly to the hotel and asked specifically for a quiet and updated room and he did get a much lovelier room nr. 10. So it depends where you are put. Location is great - there is a parking lot nearby. Breakfast was ok, not exuberant but more then enough choice.

Nobody was there when we arrived (at 18hrs so not too late). We had a problem with booking, nobody helped us. The room was very cold when we arrived, blankets were very thin. Breakfast was very poor. We will not come back.

Perfect stay. Non-permanent reception but I got all the information I needed. Seems I got an upgrade from a single room to a ball room with a huge bathroom on the street side. Breakfast offered all I wanted. Parking nearby and cheap.
