Very good
The service is very considerate. Check-in at the front desk is also very convenient. The room is large and you can see the river, which is beyond my expectations. Everything is good. Very good

Short stay 1 night as a couple.
Regarding the welcome, it was, the staff was very pleasant and explained things quite well.
Be careful when you arrive, their underground parking costs €20 and this is not specified in the description.
Concerning the rooms, I didn't like them, certainly they are modern and very clean, but for sleeping it was horrible. The noise of the ventilation is very loud, a lot of light from outside enters the room, despite the curtains. The mattress, for my part, was horrible, too soft, but my girlfriend appreciated it.
For the bathroom, there is not very cold water, the coldest is lukewarm. Our shower was poorly insulated, water was coming out of the door.
There were 3 ”free” drinks in the fridge, that was really good.
For the elevators, it's quite special, there are 3, but only 1 goes to the SPA. They are very scary, very small, make a lot of noise, you don't have to be claustrophobic, especially since once, you got temporarily stuck inside because the reception button didn't work.
Concerning the SPA, it is great, there is a classic sauna, a Finnish sauna, a wave sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool (quite small unfortunately) and a magnificent jacuzzi, if you are lucky enough to go in, because it always has people in it..
The breakfast was impeccable, lots of choice, no complaints.
In conclusion, it is certainly a nice hotel, but which does not deserve the price paid (170€ per night, and again it was with discount...) and which is more like a 4 star than a 5, in my opinion based on previous experiences.
For the outside, Liège, we didn't really like it, first and last time. Very poor place, abandoned, under construction, very dirty.. We are happy to return, it's sad to say.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe location was great, delicious in the centre. Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. spacious bathroom with separate toilet. Breakfast room was very large and beautiful. Royal breakfast with a lot of choice. The only minpoint was the top of the bed. It was very bobble, not smooth at one bed. Probably the top washed, and the contents were sitting on each other. Very disturbing. This was indicated at the reception. Thereafter a thinner top was put on the original top. The reception was closed the t****e evening, so further action was not possible. Slept without a hobbit topper, so the bed was very hard.
GGuest UserVery good 👍
Clean and tidy, natural
Very close to the train station, very convenient, convenient to eat and transportation
Recommended for business and travel
English is also very good, communication is convenient,
AAnonymous UserLiège is small, the hotel is in the center, not far from a bar street, very lively.
The front desk and the bar are combined, and the checkin is slow.
The parking lot is next to the hotel. The hotel's exclusive parking space is on the 4th floor, and you can also park on the 7th floor for 19 euros a night.
Breakfast is very poor and there are not many types.
GGuest UserThe hotel does not have a parking lot, but you can park in someone else's parking lot on the underground first floor for 20 euros per night. The room is clean and the location is in the city center. It's good to stay for one night.
GGuest UserNice modern hotel in a fairly good location. On the water and public transport at the door. Staff seemed unhappy. There were also only 3 large towels, there were 4 of us.
WWEIVery good, suitable for traveling or office accommodation, the transportation is also very convenient, I drove there by myself, there are many places to eat around, and it is very convenient to find it, and it is ok next time.
WWEIVery good, suitable for traveling or office accommodation, transportation is also very convenient, I am driving the past, there are many places to eat around, it is very convenient to find, next time.
AAnonymous UserOn the first floor, the room smelled, the size was not as big as described, there was a highway next door, the curtains were thin, the sound insulation was poor, the air conditioner did not listen to the control and could not heat up.
MMichaelShower was very powerful but small cubicle room smelt of smoke and was basic but breakfast was nice and staff were brilliant cheap hotel get what you pay for secure parking was a bonus though
