seafront hotel with private and equipped beach always clean swimming pool very nice and well kept a beautiful terrace facing the pool and the sea where breakfast is served always very abundant and with quality products very kind and very helpful owners miss maria Vittoria at the reception really friendly staff always kind before booking we phoned to get some information especially about our little dog benny who could stay with our daughter sharon anywhere always in compliance with the rules and we must say that we found everything said at the time of booking. reserved parking we arrived in the morning at 10.00 and the two rooms were already ready we had booked for a week we stayed a few more days really relaxing important thing the hotel is a short walk from via bafile where everything is definitely we will be back especially sharon and benny thank you very much

I strongly advise the owners to pay attention to the hotel staff, really moody and unfriendly but I want to clarify that the son is impeccable cuteness and attention which, in my opinion, the others should have too! Beware of your thirst because you will pay the beauty of 4€ for a 0.75cl bottle and, according to the owners, it has this price for the service offered which seems like a spite to ask the staff for the second bottle and they don't even have the decency to open it so where would be the service offered? The standard rooms are very small and dated, the cleaning could definitely be improved, the sheets were changed only 2 times in 10 days and the second time was because I personally requested it! Excellent location, the structure is very nice, and the outside is its strong point, beautiful swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The food is really excellent and the desserts delicious, but it's a pity that at the buffet, once the pan is finished, there is no more replenishment (once I was left without a second course), in the evening we preferred to eat on the terrace with the child without chaos, butts facing each other to go to taking the buffet and waitresses arguing with each other, it was much better! Too bad because it could be a good hotel with excellent food but with high prices for a 3-star hotel and these negative notes, it's not worth it!

We stayed in a suite with a magnificent terrace from which you could admire the beach (the hotel has direct access to the beach) and the swimming pool below. The common areas are very beautiful and tastefully furnished and all the staff are extremely kind. An absolutely unbeatable point is the quality and variety of the culinary offerings: whether it's breakfast in the morning, lunch or dinner, they will always be a very pleasant surprise. Average price for Jesolo.

We returned to this hotel after 17 years and were very satisfied. Congratulations to everyone, from the young lady at the reception to the waitresses in the dining room, kind and really ready to give advice and help. The kitchen is excellent. The room was small but the days of our stay also referred to a single long weekend. To come back.

Stupendous. Spacious and comfortable room. Very clean facility and friendly staff, polite and very helpful with every request. International breakfast rich and always stocked. I never go back to the same Hotel but I will come back here for sure.

Our room was on the fifth floor with a great view. Very clean and spacious. The hotel is very well maintained and clean down to the smallest detail. The staff friendly. The big advantage is the great location. Highly recommended.
