The hotel is located in a privileged position, directly on the sea and has its own beach. As for the room it was large and clean. Good and varied breakfast, as well as excellent restaurant service both for snacks and courses. The reception service was poor, they did not provide us with any information, neither on what the hotel offered (not even the breakfast time) nor on the attractions of Jesolo (at my request for information on the cycle paths they advised me to go to the point information). On the day of departure, after check-out, we go to the parking lot to collect the car, the gate was closed, I warn the ladies at the reception who reply that they do not have time to open it because they had many departures, logically I got impatient and therefore they sent me a person to open the gate. Let's move on to the SPA. Asking at the reception how the spa service worked, the answer was to ask the estetste present at the center. We ask the beauticians, two frightened girls who did not know what to answer. The water in the thermal pool was cold, the kneip path was off (the girls only noticed it when I asked for it). I guess all this was due to the early season, but in a hotel of this type, cleaning is not enough, but you have to pamper the customer in all his requests. The maitre and his deputy are talented and very competent, two people capable of their work with attentions that young waiters often no longer have.
