Manca totalmente di pulizia soprattutto negli ambienti comuni. Nella camera non erano presenti asciugamani di nessun tipo. Mancata professionalità anche nel momento dell'accoglienza. Le camere si presentano poco curate e senza gli elementi necessari per un soggiorno.

No è un hotel è una lurida stamberga scarafaggi sulle scale bagno e stanza con muffa sabato 5/8 un personaggio dello staff ha picchiato sua moglie c'era una bambina che piangeva una sperienza da incubo una persona le ha detto di smettere io terrorizzata chiuso in camera con mio nipote di 6 anni vergognoso
