Il servizio al tavolo direi ottimo. La struttura moderna. Direi alla reception molto disponibile e gentile la signorina. Colazione buona e abbondante. Finalmente una stanza pulita. Ci torno volentieri.

Great place to stay. Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent location. 2 Minutes from beach, (loungers and umbrellas reserved and provided free from hotel), 2 mins if that to main street for shops, restaurants etc, same for bus that gets you to waterbus and/ or to airport. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Had an excellent stay here and would return tomorrow. Room/bathroom a bit poky but comfy enough and great value for money. Moreno's restaurant 10 min walk, very nice.

A great transport hub to venice and surrounding areas. Great location for the beach. Is quiet off season but Piazza Trieste has life and some lovely bars and it's 10 mins away by bus. Mauritzzio the hotelier was really helpful. Great stay!

very bad breakfast with cheapest ingredients, the rooms need maintenance too: when we arrived the entrance key broke, then jalousies broke down and heavy towel holder fell on my foot. all in all not on value, avoid this place

ACHTUNG!!!! Das Hotel hat vor Anreise meine Buchung storniert. Angeblich konnte meine Kreditkarte nicht verifiziert werden. Ich wollte für den Ironman 70.3 Venice in diesem Hotel übernachten und habe bereits 6 Monate im voraus reserviert um einen guten Zimmerpreis zu erhalten. Nachdem meine Buchung vom Hotel storniert wurde, wollte ich eine erneute Buchung vornehmen und musste mit erschrecken feststellen, dass das Zimmer nun mehr als das doppelte kosten soll. Ein Preisanstieg von 320 Euro auf 700 Euro !!! Es tut mir leid, aber die Tatsache mit der nicht verifizierbaren Kreditkarte ist in meinen Augen nur ein Vorwand, nachdem man vermutlich im Hotel festgestellt hat dass man an diesem Wochenende deutlich mehr mit diesem Zimmer verdienen kann. Absolut unseriöses Verhalten und unhöfliches Auftreten als ich im Hotel angerufen habe um eventuelle Komplikationen zu klären. Davor würde ich wirklich abstand nehmen!!

Consigliatissimo per accoglienza, gentilezza, disponibilità e soprattutto pulizia al top in camera ed un profumo di pulito ovunque! 10 e lode. Anche se breve, soggiorno piacevolissimo. Grazie mille! Ritorneremo di sicuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel prenotato all'ultimo momento per un arrivo in notte inoltrata. La disponibilità nell'accoglienza ci ha permesso di trascorrere in un ambiente semplice ma pulito e completo di ogni confort una serena nottata. Al risveglio un'assortita colazione salata e dolce ci ha dato il via per una nuova giornata. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto gradita gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

Ho dormito solo una notte, struttura scelta al volo con Booking. L'albergo era pulito e ordinato e il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile e preciso nelle indicazioni. il rapporto qualità / prezzo è ottimo, ma qualche miglioria o aggiornamento soprattutto nella stanza andrebbe fatta. Il condizionatore/pompa di calore nella mia camera era un po' rumoroso.

abbiamo soggiornato in 4 nella dependance dell'hotel. Stanza ottima e spaziosa, ordinata e moderna. Pulizia ok. L'unico aspetto un po' deludente è stata la colazione non molto fornita e abbondante ma per il prezzo é ok, consigliato, la posizione abbastanza comoda per arrivare in spiaggia
