This is a beautiful, elegant hotel which shows kindness and consideration for all kinds of people. It is wheelchair accessible and I have never known a shortage of sunbeds around the very beautiful pool. There is a very good choice of delightful food at breakfast - great location too.

Great place to stay. Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent location. 2 Minutes from beach, (loungers and umbrellas reserved and provided free from hotel), 2 mins if that to main street for shops, restaurants etc, same for bus that gets you to waterbus and/ or to airport. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Had an excellent stay here and would return tomorrow. Room/bathroom a bit poky but comfy enough and great value for money. Moreno's restaurant 10 min walk, very nice.

A great transport hub to venice and surrounding areas. Great location for the beach. Is quiet off season but Piazza Trieste has life and some lovely bars and it's 10 mins away by bus. Mauritzzio the hotelier was really helpful. Great stay!

Comfortable hotel. spacious and clean quadruple room. Excellent location near the beach and supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. Bus stop for the center in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lunch at the hotel much appreciated. Top swimming pool! Tranquility and relaxation.

Absolutely not recommended! I forgot a fairly expensive sweatshirt in the room and it wasn't returned to me after several phone calls. Shameful that in Italy there is a hotel where they don't return objects forgotten in the room. I don't recommend bringing valuables, it's a really bad experience. Mario Grasso

DANGER!!!! The hotel canceled my booking prior to arrival. Apparently my credit card could not be verified. I wanted to stay at this hotel for Ironman 70.3 Venice and made reservations 6 months in advance to get a good room rate. After my booking was canceled by the hotel, I wanted to make a new booking and was shocked to find that the room was said to cost more than twice as much. A price increase from 320 euros to 700 euros !!! I'm sorry, but the fact with the unverifiable credit card is just an excuse in my opinion, after probably realizing in the hotel that you can earn a lot more with this room this weekend. Absolutely dubious behavior and rude behavior when I called the hotel to clarify any complications. I would really stay away from that!!

We stayed only one night in this hotel booked at the last minute for a late night arrival. The availability in the welcome allowed us to spend a peaceful night in a simple but clean environment complete with every comfort. Upon awakening, an assorted salty and sweet breakfast set us off for a new day. Excellent quality-price relation. Much appreciated kindness of all the staff.
