Hotel Monaco & Quisisana

Very large hotel with all the services, excellent location, excellent service (a special compliment to Thomas, smiling, friendly, cheerful and really helpful) for the rest, perhaps a flaw let's say a "dated" but valid structure. Thank you all Matthew

I was only 4 days in August but I must say that from my sea view room it was impossible not to have had a good time, I had a junior suite, spectacular view and very comfortable beds! Negative note ... room cleaning, and balconies a bit to fix. The swimming pool is dated, but still an alternative, I state that I didn't care, I wouldn't charge for the deck chairs here. Reception available and very kind, excellent breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel in the last week of August. The location is excellent, the hotel is right on the sea, practically from the hotel swimming pool you can see the sea.. Remember that the swimming pool is not included in the price, it costs 5 euros for each time you want to go there.. We we chose the room that overlooked the pool and consequently also the sea.. The room is very simple and small, there are just the essentials, a bed, a wardrobe, a small balcony and the bathroom.. The only negative notes are cleaning, I'm not particularly demanding or fussy but cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, my friend and I have noticed that they have absolutely never washed the floor behind the bathroom door, and also in the rest of the floor we have always found sand even immediately after cleaning .. For the rest everything is excellent, the breakfast is very well stocked and among other things I tasted everything, it's all very good and fresh, and the same goes for the mini restaurant by the pool, the dishes are all very good ! The staff is also extremely kind and available for any need!

Spoiled mood. Virtually no soundproofing. Screaming neighbors on the balcony all night is another impression. Closing the balcony did not lead to anything good. The staff reassured the upstairs neighbors once, but let the others downstairs continue to yell until the morning. Surprised by the additional cost for placing a child in a room. On the bed that was there. 60 euros plus per night per child, pure rip off. Live wifi in the reception area. In the room, he was barely alive. Of the pluses, the location is the first line and hassle-free parking of the car.

The advertised 4-star hotel is a mess, we've stayed in 2-star hotels where it was clearly better! This "hotel" should be checked out thoroughly by the people in charge at the tourism agency in Jesolo!! A shame!!
