Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location not far from beach, nice garden areas. Pleasant staff. Biggest disappointment is the food, no fruit available for breakfast, all cakes, croissants breads etc. Dinner is a 4 course meal spread over 2 hours ! Dishes served to you so no way of speeding it up. Lots of pasta based dishes (it is Italy) but salads available too. Nice hotel but wouldn’t come again or recommend because of the food arrangements, self service for dinner would be a massive improvement.

Room was comfortable & clean enough, but could only use one charging socket out of four, shower was in fear of collapsing, also leaked all over the floor, another guests fridge didn’t work or there Air Conditioning, another guests Bidet was blocked with ***** Hair, the food was shambolic to say the least, very basic & tasteless, the toilets downstairs near the bar didn’t work, this 33 hr trip was organised by Shearings Coach Company, the bus we came out on was horrendous to say the least & not fit for purpose for this type of journey, both drivers were not much better, one was only interested in looking at his phone all day, the other trying to get off with a Mother & Daughter, he nearly caused a fight with bouncers at this club, because they wouldn’t let him in, as he was wearing the wrong attire, there was no help given to any of the elderly passengers with disabilities at any of the comfort stops, getting on & off the bus, which was sometimes quite high to step off, that was down to the other passengers. Needless to say we shall not be using Shearings again.

Il personale del ristorante e pulizia camere sono molto simpatici e efficienti. Sicuramente non 3 stelle, massimo 1,5. Collazione fa pietà , si salva la cena. Da migliorare la comunicazione: non ci sono traduzioni in inglese menu e avvisi

Bonjour , Nous rentrons d'un sejour en italie les cinque terres ou nous avons passé 4 jours a cet hotel Colombo dit 4 *. Voyage organisé par Boomerang via leclerc, Salle de bain insalubre moisissure dans la douche et sur le rideau douche ,odeur d'égout infecte , Entrée sur 4 plats répétitif , mais , poix chiche tomates et haricot blanc , diner réchauffé, le responsable hotel a été odieux et irrespectueux suite à nos remarques qui ont été justifié par la guide voyage , A fuir ceci cet établissement ne mérite qu'une étoile . PIEGE à TOURISTE , j'espère que lagence de voyage aura supprimer cet établissement de leur liste.

Pessimo sia i locali che i proprietari. Esperienza da non ripetere. I locatori danno in escadescenza ad ogni cosa che gli viene detto. Pulizia delle camere scarsa, nemmeno il sapone nei dispenser e split condizionatore che ha gocciolato per tutto il week end, con acqua in camera... non potevano chiamate l idraulico perché non è reperibile. Inconcepibile!@!
