The Resort is quite nice with a large pool, extensive water features and a plethora of flowers and plants in the garden. Room was decent. Service was good. Food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very mediocre.

One lady at the reception at check-in and check-out was very unpleasant. The room was not completely clean, mold in the toilet and in the shower inside the soap dish. The restaurant is rarely stocked and I had raw meat twice. Apart from that, the rest of the staff is pleasant and professional though. Not worth the price.

酒店環境非常好！直麪宜珍火山！泳池旁最美觀景平台！房間很差！有蚊蟲叮咬！床上用品毛巾都很差！早餐也差！酒店很偏遠，開車進去很遠！附近也沒有什麼吃的，在一座小山坡上！

周邊的梯田和原始森林沒得説，真是像他的名字中提到的是隱藏在森林中的一個絕美酒店。但也因為在森林之中各種蟲子還是有點多，設施設備被森林的力量侵蝕的比較嚴重。我們去的時候，在春節假期酒店也沒幾個人。周邊的村民也很友好，但是也許你得忍受半夜三四點周邊村子中大喇叭放的宗教內容。
