很不好 非常差 服務人員態度死差死差的 評分低是有道理的 素子差得很 衞生也差 洗浴用品很破舊 唯一客廳看着不錯 估計就是為了吸引客户吧 明明是做服務工作的 兇得很 從來沒住過這麼差的房間 還酒店呢 不如小兵館 真不曉得攜程是怎麼跟這種店家合作的 酒店老闆也不管下面員工素子麼 什麼阿貓阿狗都招進去打工 估計是廉價工吧 倒閉吧 倒閉算了

晚上9點臨時決定在利川住一晚，想着就幾個小時，一大早7點就出發，睡幾個小時，再畫400多有點不划算，就是這點小計算，到現在都後悔。就是城中村到自建房，説不上環境，談不上酒店，就小旅館水平。一個床單是大片黃色污漬，像尿漬；一個上面有血漬。枕頭味道很大，樓道燈光昏暗，就前台一位大姐。感覺很不安全，一晚上基本提心吊膽沒睡。

夏季來利川避暑的人特別多，可能利川的酒店針對的多為老年羣體，對環境衞生，以及居住要求不太注重，衹要天氣OK其他都不是問題。這樣就導致了非老年羣體的體驗感直線下降，我入住的酒店真的是千挑萬選出來的。結果入住後很失望，衞生間不太乾淨，洗澡水水壓不夠，衹能勉強淋一下身，洗頭髮那就別想了。還好衹入住了兩天。下次不會再來了。
