其實就是一個大單間，洗手間沒有窗子。小沙發上裹着別人的長頭髮。被子很厚然後被褥也很厚，空調開20度蓋着熱，不蓋又冷。我們家庭出遊訂了兩間房，然後270塊錢一間，這樣子的房子遠不值這個價格。感覺被房間圖片小清新的風格忽悠了。對了，還有就是説可以免費停車，但還是要自己花停車費的。我們停了差不多一天另外付款了20多元停車費。15時45分入住，房間還沒有收拾出來。下圖是這房間，我們正準備入住的樣子，非常失望！不建議大家入住。

炎炎夏日來利川的第1天就是住的這家。剛進房間的感覺真的很漂亮，裝修很適合年輕人。但是住着的時候就發現了問題，設施不全浴室不知道是熱水器還是什麼總會發出異響，雖然是乾濕分離的，但是洗手池的鏡子離的太遠，近視的人可能會看不清。然後刷牙的杯子也清洗的不乾淨。小區樓下有個小廣場很熱鬧所以衝著睡覺的話就別選這家了。停車是收費的且價格略高，不得不説恩施這地方物價真的挺高。而且最讓我心理不平衡的是同一個房間差價真的有點多Σ（ ° △ °|||）︴

位置不錯，樓下有超市。交通方便。缺點：1.沒有前台聯繫事情不方便，改變行程費勁，不方便交流。2.服務質量一般。3.如果沒有按照事先約定好的後期要改變非常困難，靈活性很差，也沒有人申訴。4.雖是網紅房但不實用，沒有桌子和矮櫃，床也是地鋪；5.廁所沒有乾濕分離；6廣場舞噪聲太大

1.床：一動就要晃的那種.小朋友在上面我就怕給床整壞了.2.設施：沒有多的被子.沒有毛巾.本來就冷.只有一床被子.沒有備用. 3.廁所洗澡：燒水模式.一個人洗完需要等很久才能洗.因為要燒水. 4.周邊環境：吵鬧.樓下廣場大爺大媽晚上跳舞早上跳舞 本人第一次住民宿.體驗感很差.唯一優勢感覺位置較好.下樓很好吃的.希望好好改進.

訂了兩間房，雙床和一個網紅大床房，設計很棒，很清新，婆婆拍了好多照片，設施齊全又貼心，位置也不錯，房間很乾凈，但是帶的孩子，把房間弄得有點亂了……祝老闆生意興隆，財源滾滾！

房間超大，佈置和設施非常新，住的很舒服，臨近商業街，生活便利，就是沒有前台確實不習慣，可能是新興民宿形式吧。

需要協調停車費，好貴哦 晚上6@點凌晨7點22元停車費，住酒店停車費應該是商家出 住客出而且這麼高有點不合理！

環境很奈斯 在一個小區裏面 晚上很安靜 不吵鬧 房間還有氛圍燈 特別適合拍照 很出片 拱門設計也超好看的 推薦哈哈哈
