衞生還是挺好的，被子也舒服，老闆人好態度也很熱情，細心為我們指路～唯一缺點就是隔音好差比較鬱悶，因為到的時候晚上八點了，房間在一樓，晚上下雨，雨滴打在鐵板上滴滴答答沒睡好，又因為是木質的房，不可避免的就是樓上客人家孩子大清早跑來跑去的，木板嘎嘎響，晚上沒睡好，早上很早就被吵醒，幾乎沒睡～

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，非常棒。
環境：環境真的特別好，古城河邊，賊幾把舒服。

民宿很有特點，提現了老街傳統風貌。在黎川老街裏面，停車場在周邊。老街比較原生態，吃飯可以在老街，也可以在民宿裏面吃炒菜，價格還是比較實惠。由於民宿是木頭房，建議老闆提醒遊客入住的時候，特別是較晚入住的時候，一定注意不要大聲喧嘩，走路要輕一點，以免影響其他遊客休息。

是在古城的一個老房子裏，出門就是河，去景點都不遠，畢竟古城也很小。自駕的話別可以停在古城外邊，需要拿行李進去，稍微有一段距離。老房子整體不會很大，但是該有的都有，對於這個價格而言還是可以的。

商家服務一級棒👍！退房着急忘記拿全行李物品！商家主動聯繫並寄回！最主要是付給商家運費但卻不收！覺得太不好意思啦！下次有機會還選她家！酒店有年代感！尋找歷史的足跡！門口就是黎河，非常歉意，環境超級優美！夜裡剛好下着雨那種聽雨的感覺真的好棒！

清朝老宅裏的民宿，就在黎灘河旁邊，充滿詩情畫意，非常適合熱愛美術、攝影的同學們來體驗，也很適合穿漢服等中國傳統服飾拍照打卡。非常建議早上起早在民宿周邊逛一圈，看看黎灘河的原生態風景。房東阿姨人很好，做飯爺爺是個很優雅的文化人，居住體驗感超棒。
