A huge two bedroom apartment in the heart of the city located on a beautiful pedestrian street of cafes & restaurants. A stones throw from the cathedral & beacon park. Excellent public transport links to Birmingham & London. A perfect base for exploring locally and further afield. Located on the first floor the grade II listed appartment was originally a ballroom boasting high ceilings & original features. Upgraded and redeveloped to a high standard (2023) with all the mod cons. Giving all the luxury of modern living without compromising on its historical charm. The 55" TV in the living area offers all the usual apps (Netflix/Disney/Amazon prime...…) & free highspeed Wi-Fi for all your internet needs. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the main bathroom. Both large bedrooms have huge super king beds with white cotton bed linen. The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a main bathroom in the hallway with a bath. In addition we provide luxury towels & bathrobes for your stay. Huge sash windows throughout make it light & airy. A complementary welcome pack offers a selection of essentials to help you settle in & feel right at home when you arrive. One off road parking space is available at the back of the property. Tell us your expected arrival time and we will have the apartment warm & ready for you. Please note, we use a noise monitoring device in the property. This device only monitors the decibel noise level & cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. We are alerted only if it is too noisy in. The Quiet Time rule is to avoid disturbance & parties on the premises, I’m sure you’d agree it is important that we respect the peace & quiet of the other residents in the building. This is a first floor apartment & is accessed by a set of quite steep stairs, please bear this in mind before booking. The property is located in the hustle & bustle of the city centre & above a restaurant, although it’s rare, from time to time outside noise will be unavoidable.
