態度不好，沒有服務可言。門鎖壞了，總是報警，前台批評客人沒有在上班時間時報告，現在下班了沒人修理。吵起來…第二天廠家來人修理，留下電話説是如果再出現問題，直接給廠家打電話。可笑不？退房走人

洗澡水是真好，水量大、暖和。房間不大，設施老舊。這幾天裝修大門，味道不好，刺鼻。服務員啥也不懂，就是嘴硬。

酒店環境比較好，院子很大，停車方便，這應該是以前的縣委賓館。因為是老式建築，房間、走廊寬大，人在其內比較舒服。另外就是性價比高，值得一住。

總體説黎城賓館是個不錯的賓館，賓館很大，位置很好，設施齊全，衞生不錯，有很多停車位，是一個性價比較高的賓館。但也有兩點令人失望:一是前台工作人員素質太差，接待客人缺乏基本的禮儀規範，似乎沒受過起碼的培訓。具體表現
是:説話隨意，心不在焉，不用文明禮貌用語。第二天，我們去辦理退房，看到這位工作人員正在用手機聊天，看到我們來辦理退房，也沒停止聊天，一邊給我們辦理退房，一邊繼續聊天。這種現象在這種規模的賓館中是很少看到的。第二個不好的感覺是，衞生間水龍頭擰起來非常費勁（404房間），應該修理或更換。希望下次再去該賓館下榻時有所改觀。
