A beautiful establishment, very well maintained, very clean in an old house from the beginning of the last century. A limited number of rooms, a high quality breakfast and a restaurant which has a very good reputation in the area. A very nice little swimming pool which overlooks the town of Licata. We chose this place because it was difficult to find decent accommodation near the valley of the temples of Agrigento. It's certainly a little far, but very appreciable.

Excellent boutique hotel lovely grounds great staff , good food lovel relax pool area highly recommended for those who want some relaxing time in this busy mad world we are living in! Special mention to our breakfast attended Sylvia, a really sweet girl as well as all the rest of the staff who were all very helpful and all offered a great welcoming service! Thank for making us feel so welcome

We stayed here for 5 days & the staff were very friendly & hospitable. It’s a lovely position with views down to the town & sea . The staff looked after us & spoke good English which was very useful. Michele makes the best hot chocolate on site . The superior room was a good size & there was a kettle & small fridge in the room . The breakfast was a bit limited as I eat all grains except wheat . There were cakes & croissants & choice if you eat wheat . There were scrambled eggs most mornings & sometimes bacon . The coffee was very good.. The bed was a little firm but they put a blanket underneath which improved it . The building is very grand from the outside & there are plenty of seating areas outside.. Licata itself is quite rundown & not a tourist area which was good to see the reality . The best ice cream is at Dolce Vita which sadly we missed as we were there at the end of the season . Also there is a Conad supermarket which sells everything!

Very nice hotel with a priceless view, very kind staff, an enclosed garden where you can park your motorbikes safely, an excellent breakfast with a good choice, the only flaw is that the road to get there is a little tortuous as the hotel is not in the centre. To return

Beautiful residence, Villa Art Nouveau style, in a panoramic position and full of large outdoor spaces. Small swimming pool but in a unique position, overlooking the gulf and the city. Small but functional room, excellent beds and pillows, you rest very well. Helpful and kind staff, sufficient breakfast, to be improved in terms of choice and quality.

The resort is reached by car along a steep, winding road lined with piles of rubbish. The hotel has dated furnishings, which nevertheless creates a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and bright, even if the creation of a minimum of privacy forces you to close the shutters, since the terraces of neighboring rooms are separated only by small mobile wooden pylons, so they are practically shared. The real problem is the lack of soundproofing in the bathrooms: every time a bathroom fixture is used, the plumbing system unleashes an infernal noise, which can also be heard in nearby rooms. The restaurant and room service were good, but the breakfast was not so good, which I consider to be one of the worst I have ever encountered, even more so considering the 4-star S rating of the resort. Just think of the availability of just one burnt croissant for two people and bread as the only alternative. It's a shame because the rudeness of the breakfast service clerk definitely clashes with the kindness of the reception staff.
