Hotels in Xiaoqikong Scenic Area(East Gate Area)/Daqikong, Libo

I did some research on Ctrip before I went there and chose this one mainly because 1. It is close to the scenic spot, 3 minutes walk 2. The reviews are good. Although the price is more expensive than usual, I was not disappointed when I arrived. The environment is no different from the pictures. The most important thing about a B&B is that it has a good environment and is clean and hygienic. Most B&Bs in Guizhou are built by locals themselves, and there is no design at all. This one is very designed. The boss is really different. The breakfast in the morning is also good. The boss is a couple, from Northeast China and Hunan. They are very nice. They prepare a route map for each guest and make breakfast personally. Nice

We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo.

The hotel's room facilities and services are very good, especially the details are very heartwarming. First of all, the hotel has a pick-up service, and the pick-up drivers are very enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits, and delicious sweet soup is delivered in the evening. After we checked out, we were given water and fruit while waiting for departure in the lobby. As soon as we entered the hotel, we felt a different style and taste. The lobby has a lot of ethnic characteristics. The front desk upgraded our room because we brought children. The room is clean, tidy and transparent. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas. The water flow for the bath is very strong. The whole house is smart. It is very close to the east gate of the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves. The breakfast is also rich and clean. In short, it is very comfortable to stay here. If I have time to come to the Small Seven-hole Caves again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

My experience at Shiboge Grand View Hotel at Xiaoqikong was truly wonderful. 1. Excellent location: The hotel is right next to the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, with a dedicated entrance for in-house guests within walking distance. Alternatively, you can take the hotel shuttle to the scenic area's east gate, which is a very thoughtful touch. 2. The hotel's amenities are in line with its brand positioning. All rooms have a large hot tub, making it incredibly relaxing to return to after a tiring day. The smart toilets are also highly recommended. 3. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the mountain's quietness at night made for a truly relaxing sleep. 4. The breakfast was also a delight. In addition to the usual dishes, they also included Guizhou specialties like glutinous rice and potato cakes, making it feel like you could have lunch with them. 5. The staff throughout my stay were extremely polite, and upon check-out, they even gave me a custom gift, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also partners with a travel photography agency, and booking a reservation will provide three free retouched photos featuring a variety of ethnic costumes. All in all, it can be said to be the ”ceiling” of accommodation in Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, recommended!

Chat learned that the boss ran a homestay in Zhangjiajie in 2008, and it was also the first wave of people who ran a scenic spot homestay in China earlier. Many stores operated at the same time. Although affected by the objective environment, the price was in the volume, but the service still had nothing to say. It is very close to the exit of the scenic area. You can return to the room to rest immediately after walking in the scenic area. I am very satisfied with the stay experience, clean and sanitary, the service is also very good, the check-in is fast, the room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also very rich. Overall it is very good.

The boss personally picked us up at the Libo High-speed Railway Station and talked to us about the Buyi people. We were also welcomed to eat fruit when we arrived at the B&B. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was also very design-oriented. We had a small incident in the middle, so the boss upgraded our room type, which made us feel embarrassed. The attitude of all the people in the B&B was super good, and they responded to any questions. The breakfast was also rich, and the whole family kept giving thumbs up. The B&B is also very close to the scenic spot, so you can choose it with confidence.

The lady proprietor of this minsu is very hospitable and responsive. It is clear she works hard to operate the minsu and it is reflected in the standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The towels were all good quality, clean and individually sealed. The dining cutlery too were all sealed in sets. The room was clean and spacious. It had many considerate touch points for convenience and comfort such as the in-room massage chairs, XiaoDu home assistant and a tea-making settee. The breakfast had a good range of options like a buffet which is impressive ! The chef does very decent dinners too. We felt very safe and comfortable staying there for the duration of our trip to Libo Xiaoqikong. Thank you and I wish your business continues to grow and see more overseas guests!

Highly recommended! The hotel is located in the Xiaoqikong scenic area, in the east gate direction, very close to the Xiaoqikong Bridge. The front desk service is very good, the breakfast is also very good, the room is clean and comfortable, and the decoration is relatively retro. It includes two tickets to Xiaoqikong, each worth 120 yuan, and a 100 yuan voucher for consumption in the supermarket in the hotel. You can buy snacks and drinks. The price is a little higher than that of ordinary supermarkets, but cheaper than in the scenic area.

It's a great experience to visit in the off-season. The boss and his family are very warm and friendly. Because it is off-season, we upgraded for free. The environment of the cabin is very elegant, the room is very clean, and the disposable supplies are fully equipped. The room facilities are very good. The toilet is Mijia smart, the room is also voice-controlled by the assistant, and the view outside the large floor-to-ceiling window is also very good. It is also very convenient to the east gate of Xiaoqikong, about 400 meters away. After playing in the evening, you can drink tea and swing in the small pavilion on the first floor. If Xiaoqikong is not only played for one day, I really want to live here for ten days or half a month. It is so pleasant.
