我訂的是豪華單人間，給我的是普通單人間，30平米的房約15平米左右，晚上九點多才到，總枱説訂的房沒有了，要求退又沒給！難嗎？

訂的是豪華大床房，滿房間都是小蠊，連床上也有，反映給酒店前台和管理人員，輕描淡寫，裝聾作啞！有史以來最差的住酒店體驗！！

我真的很無語 沒有熱水 沒有空調 打電話問前台説熱水系統壞了 等到12點才有 我看球賽到一點鐘了熱水都還沒有 問前台説得等到明天早上 空調也是 住進去才説有陽性人員 中央空調不開 那人家訂的時候 你咋不説呢 被子又薄 一晚上完全睡不着 加了一床被子還是冷 第二天我就感冒了 真的很無語 大家不要去住了 會冷死的～

謹慎考慮，因為去的時候高峯期被告知最後兩間，不滿意也不可以換了，也就將就了，但是進去看見房間很陳舊，椅子上都是沒打掃乾淨的頭髮，床都是蜕皮的，牀頭櫃也滿目滿目瘡痍，最最最最不可思議的是喝的瓶裝水喝完竟然發現下面漏水有個洞，簡直顛覆三觀，這個價格也沒覺得要多好，但是起碼乾淨整潔 這個水都是漏洞多 感覺很恐怖哎
