服務不行，我們住的這個房間吹風機壞了，洗完了頭沒有吹風機用，找前台他説老闆跟他説吹風機壞了要採購，但是我們入住前也沒有提示，找他解決他説他解決不了也不跟我們處理，問他怎麼辦，他就説拿一條毛巾擦一下就算了，可是現在是凌晨3點半我説你不跟我們處理，沒有一個解決辦法的話我們要**，他説你們如果**覺得滿意的話你們就去**吧，態度極其不行而且房間裏馬桶很臟很臟差評，差評而且我朋友住的另外一個房間也沒有吹風機

這是一家開在小區的酒店，環境差強人意，定的棋牌房裡麪全是煙味，包括床上用品，嚴重懷疑沒有更換，蚊子特別多，偶爾還能見到蟑螂到處跑，廁所有股尿味，原以為是沒沖洗乾淨，結果洗完澡沖了地下還有味道，就應該是下水反味道。房間空調不製冷，前台服務好評。
