Comfortable and clean rooms, a little outdated but not much to complain about. Had a great stay overall.

They came so close to getting 5 stars, but there were a couple of major snafus that seem like ongoing issues. Cosmetically, the place is very pleasant, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's right on a highway but set back off the road, so it's very quiet. Breakfast is basic, but fine, and the coffee is fresh and good. My first morning there, when I started the shower, barely any water was coming out. Then after a few minutes, the water completely stopped! When I told the front desk clerk about it, she said that's what happens when too many people try to shower at once. Um, this is a hotel. Most people are going to want to shower in the morning. The water pressure was like a firehose the next 2 days after that. Very odd. The second issue was with the elevator. Someone got stuck in it on my second night, and then it was out of service for the entire next day. I was fine with the stairs, but I imagine not everyone would be. I know this kind of thing can happen with any hotel, but going back through the reviews on this site, it seems like it was not the first time. So if it weren't for those pretty significant shortcomings, I would recommend this place as a good value for a comfortable stay.

Property is clean, even the bill to the dealership has been cleaned up. Although winter brown, landscape beds were also in decent shape.

Reception staff was very nice. Answered phone when I called to say I was going to be an hour later than anticipated.

When we arrived we were pleased at the location as it was in the same area as the hotels we normally select when staying in the area so we assumed a similar quality based on the reviews. Check in was fine and we were assured that our room was non-smoking. It was definitely not. Fortunately someone from the front desk came up and cleaned the counters and sprayed air freshener which helped a bit, but that smell shouldn’t have gotten past housekeeping. We woke up to shower and found the water pressure extremely poor but worse yet there was no hot water at 8am which made the start to the day highly unpleasant. The breakfast was unimpressive compared to similar brands. Overall I was not satisfied with this stay. It was bad enough that a significant portion of the payment probably should have been refunded.

We stayed one night and decided to stay another night. We were told there were no rooms so we went back to the car and found online that the motel had three rooms available so we booked one and went back in. The clerk apologized and we went to the room. The shower just barely trickled water so no shower that night. When we went home the next day, my wife emailed the motel that we were unhappy about the shower. She got an email back that they remembered us and it was our fault for booking online after we were told that there were no rooms. What that had to do with the shower, we don't know. We come to Liberty often but will never stay there again.
