food was great rooms where awesome an the kids loved the waterpark my family and I have stayed before an the customer service an overall stay every time was magnificent I give it a 10 out of 10

I reserved a handicap room and did not get one very hard for my husband in a wheelchairto get often on the commode could not take a shower.

We were excited about using the hot tub, but it broke while we were there, and the front desk clerk acted like he didn't care and that he would not get anyone to look at it or fix it. Very disappointing.

The property was great, Especially for a little kids
Check in with ******* was terrible.
This property on ******* clearly says there is a double king room, which is what we booked
The hotel does not even offer such a room
So ******* denied the credit card, and it took us over an hour to get that resolved

It was unkempt, dirty, run down, and terrible customer service. Luckily my kids aren't old enough to notice as the stay was a Chris**as present for them.

Water park area is fun for younger kids. Very understaffed so had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk for checkin and couldn’t call desk/housekeeping from rooms. Rooms ok, nothing special.

The pool definitely needs some renovations. There are lots of rusted out furniture pieces and the rails leading up the slide is also full of rust.
