The room is quite big, and the waiter said it was upgraded. But there are a few points that are not good: 1. Other hotels allow check-out at 2pm, but this one insists on 12pm, and no later than 1pm; 2. Although there is a laundry room, it is not open at night. Don't people wash clothes after taking a shower at night? 3. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough to eat; 4. The hourly room is only open until 4:30pm, but Ctrip says it can be open until 6pm. The reason given by the front desk is that the cleaning lady gets off work at 4:30pm.

The service attitude is extremely bad. When I entered the room, there were black spots on the sheets and quilt covers. I called the front desk and told the situation. The front desk was not bad and told me to ask the lady to take a look. After she came, the lady said coldly, "Where is the thing?" I said, "Look at the quilt covers and sheets." She said, "It's an ink spot. It doesn't matter. The sheets and quilt covers are in direct contact with the skin." She told me that it doesn't matter. Then she said, "I'll change it for you." I was standing in the room, and she came up and touched me. She said, "Pull aside?" Is this the quality of the lady you find in your house? As a Liaoyuan native, I have never seen people in Liaoyuan with such low quality. My husband and I were on a business trip, so we didn't care too much. It really can't be described as a bad service attitude. It's extremely bad. To a certain extent? I owe you money? I didn't say that consumption is the boss and everything is equal. You are sick for talking to me like this. I suggest you go to the hospital to see if there is any problem!

The service attitude is quite good. I came here with a try mentality after reading the reviews. Unexpectedly, the front desk service is very good. They told me where the laundry room and breakfast are. They asked the aunt to send me some toiletries. They also asked me if I needed anything else. In fact, I can only say that people in the service industry are also human beings. Don't always treat consumers as if they are your fathers. Isn't your job like your grandson? Why bother? And it's not like what other reviews say. I'm not dragging my feet. I'm just telling the truth. I will stay at Lifeng again next time.

The environment is very good and worth staying

Except for the good location and RT-Mart next to it, Pizza Hut restaurant has no other advantages. The service and hygiene are bad. Both the front desk and the cleaning staff have a stiff attitude. My God, no one smiled the whole time. If you don't know, I owed them money in the past.
