電競設施沒問題，跟網咖一樣的，就是屋內環境差一些，屋裡3-4個大蒼蠅練習俯沖，幹遊戲間隙又得幹蒼蠅，腦力和體力都鍛鍊到了。希望店家能把屋內衞生提高一下，玩的好環境好才能有回頭客。

之前去過幾次，這一次體驗非常差，六人間的衞生間馬桶漏水，整個衞生間漏一地尿，一屋子味道，大號衹能去外面的蹲廁，特別不方便。跟前台説找管理人員過來看一眼，説知道了到第二天離店也沒給修，也沒説找個人過來修一下做點什麼彌補措施。以前是就雲頂一家電競酒店沒得選，現在瓦羅蘭和玉圭園都開了新電競酒店，雲頂這種服務態度就沒必要再去了
