首先我想説，我寫酒店評論一直都是本着相對客觀的原則，並把自己真實的感受和大家分享。把這段話放在最前面，是因為這次入住期間，受到了一些“請求”。其實我也挺糾結的，糾結了一下午，因為“請求”的內容和我想説的還是有所出入的。我知道這在某方面可能會給酒店方帶來一些不方便，但我還是説一聲抱歉，因為衹有把自己真實的想法和見解説出來了，酒店的發展才能更好。 這次來遼陽找同學玩，考慮了很久，最終選擇了位於遼陽站前的如家酒店。現在來説説入住感受。 服務：這次的服務，整體感覺良好，沒有大問題。第一，辦理完入住進入到房間後，前台給房間內部的電話來電，詢問房間是否滿意，並告知了前台的聯繫方式，有問題可以隨時聯繫。第二，坐電梯到一樓，電梯開門的時候，遇到了酒店的工作人員，工作人員很熱情地打招呼。第三，退房的時候，前台效率快，還給了兩包面巾紙，感覺挺温暖的。希望酒店能夠把這樣高質量的服務保持住。但是，有一個小小的問題想要指出一下，那就是在辦入住的時候，前台出現了短暫無人的情況。當然了，這個問題不算大，也就五秒鐘左右吧，就有工作人員來接待了。 衞生：我對於酒店房間的衞生一直都很挑剔。這次入住的630房間，衞生大體上真的都很完美。甚至可以説，這次的衞生是我住的這麼多同價位酒店裡麪，做的數一數二的了，能看出酒店確實在衞生方面下功夫了，這點值得好評。小問題就是，衹是房間裏的一些角落有頭髮。其中，床單的盡頭掛着一根長頭髮，很明顯（圖11）。 環境：酒店位於遼陽站對面，從出站口出來後，面前有地下通道，穿過地道後便能看到酒店，地理位置非常優越，交通也很便利。大堂明亮整潔，房間內部設施佈局合理。但是，酒店客房的隔音效果不是太好，晚上隔壁説話聲音聽的一清二楚。早上7點多的時候，走廊的説話聲也把我弄醒了。如果可以的話，可以考慮一下加強隔音的效果。 設施：設施是這次想重點説的，也是扣分點最多的一項。房間雖然不大，但是該有的都有，能夠滿足基本需求。這裏面有一個很大的加分點，那就是房間裏有兩個過濾式自救呼吸器和應急手電筒（圖9）（手電筒親測可以正常點亮）。住了這麼多家酒店，能配備這些（尤其是應急手電筒）的酒店，寥寥無幾。雖然一個手電筒可能不值錢，但是能看出酒店把客人的安全放在了很重要的位置。如果真的出現緊急情況，這些設施真的能派上用場，所以這個細節必須點贊。另外，雖然介紹裏寫的是“無窗”，但其實房間裏還是有一個小窗户的。這個窗户是朝向過道的，窗户邊上配備了窗簾，所以私隱方面也能得到有效的保護。還有就是，房間淋浴的熱水很給力，加熱速度很快，温度也適中。下面就是一些小問題了。 首先，630房間暖氣不熱，而且是一點兒温度也沒有； 其次，630房間的空調在運行的時候，偶爾會出現比較大的噪音（視頻1）； 再次，房間裏衹有右側床頭有電源口，左側沒有（圖14）； 第四，酒店wifi效果整體不佳，有時候加載圖片都比較困難； 第五，630房間其中的一個枕頭的枕套有略微破損（視頻2）。 總體來説，這次入住，其實是比預想的要好的。週末酒店基本上都會漲價，但遼陽火車站的這家如家酒店價格平穩，整體入住體驗也都不錯。衹是有些小問題，尤其是在設施方面，我覺得還有比較大的加強的空間。如果酒店方能夠看到這些，還請對設施進行一些優化和改善，尤其是暖氣和wifi的問題。 説句實話，如果我下次還有機會來遼陽的話，我可能還會選擇這裏。實惠的價格，方便的地理位置，優質的服務，連鎖的大品牌，可以説性價比真的是很高了。但這次沒能給出滿星評價，也可能是因為自己的評價標準有些嚴苛了吧。我衹是覺得，酒店在一些方面還有提升的空間。感謝酒店提供的良好的住宿體驗，希望酒店方越辦越好！
