Room was not properly cleaned. Location us not very convenient. Servicing staffs talked in the way as shouting. This is their normal conversation volume, not really bad in attitude. Reasonable good breakfast. Parking is not problem

The hotel community is outdated and the toilet cannot be flushed, so it has to be flushed n times. The size of the TV doesn't matter, the clarity is a problem, and ghosting and moiré are serious. Some lights don't work either.
The hot spring is okay, the water is dirty and there are branches and leaves in the hot spring pool.

The room is big enough and clean, with windows but no view! It's okay just to stay in the hotel. If you go to the hot spring to stay overnight, forget it. Check in after 14:00. The pool opened by the hotel was basically soaked into a "thick soup", as if someone had rubbed it in, and it was full of floating objects! The pool was opened at 9:30 in the morning and the water was very clean. But there are too few outdoor hot springs open! Tropical rain forests are not open either
